How the SPB Smart Card Works

A simple, controlled dining club model built to bring in local customers while protecting your full-price business

1. Your restaurant selects the availability

You choose the days, times, menu exclusions, and blackout dates. The program is meant to fit your business, not disrupt it.

2. Members visit during your approved times

We handle 100% of the marketing to stream a circle of 500 local residents right to you - completely invisible to the general public.

3. The benefit applies only to the member and one guest

Member and guest each receive 50% off one entrée and their first alcoholic or mocktail drink when both order an entrée and eligible drink.

4. Additional items remain full price

Appetizers, desserts, extra drinks, premium upgrades, additional guests, specials, happy hour items, and excluded menu items can remain full price.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a cost to the restaurant?

No. There is no upfront cost, no commission, and no contract required to participate.

Can we exclude certain menu items?

Yes. You can exclude specials, happy hour, market-price items, premium items, upgrades, holidays, and more.

Do we have to accept it every day?

No. You choose the days and times when the card is accepted.

Is this a public coupon?

No. It is a private local dining club benefit available only to members during your approved windows.

Can we stop participating?

Yes. The program is intended to be flexible and restaurant-friendly.

Who markets the program?

SPB Smart Card handles member marketing and directs members toward the participating restaurant group.
